Thanks to Troy's reply I have finally figured out how to delete all those
files in the four folders! I went into control panel, internet options and
deleted my off line files. I had never done that before since I didn't know
exactly what they were and figured I had none. Ho are offline files
created? I thought that if you worked off line in outlook express or
something you created them, and I never work off line that I know of? When I
went back to windows explorer they were gone, but soon as I used hotmail
again there were a few of them created. But before I deleted them there
were 13,000 and 65mb! Thanks so much for everyone's answers. I just hope
everything works ok now. Don't know if that will help the freezing up
problem or not.
thanks, Jan
