It's an intermittant problems. Here is the text of the error (for me):

Error description:
Error-for: [log in to unmask]
Error-Code: 0
Error-Text: Message could not be delivered to mailer "VERIZON.NET" after
0.00 hours and has been discarded.

Error-End: One error reported.

Doesn't happen all the time, and hasn't happened for a couple of days now.
