I just did this for my wife's computer. On Outlook menu, go to
File/Import and use the "Import Internet Mail Account Settings". It
seems to get everything. A variation of this import may be needed
depending on the version of OE that you are using. My wife had OE 6. For
earlier versions, I belive you need to use "Import Interne Mail and
Addresses" then selct OE 4 or 5.
