I don't know about IE4 and Netscape was not designed to be an offline
browser. There are third party programs which make this relatively easy,
though I've never used one and can't recommend one. That being said, if
you want to save a page in Netscape, go to the page, right click the URL
and select "Copy". Open Composer, select File|Open Page and "Paste" the
URL in, then File|Save as and save it where you want. When you open it
all formatting and graphics will be intact.
