hi list,,i have a hp 692c printer that suddenly wont print,it was working fine a month ago,i ran out of ink,the other day i put a new ink cartridge in.
the communication test was ok,it saw that there was a new cartridge in it,but as soon as i try to align the cartridge or print anything the yellow light starts flashing .hp site was no help at all.
