Sorry about the slow reply.
One of the features of OWA is that your mail can "travel" with you. Your
mail is stored on your employer's LAN/WAN, not your local PC (meaning the
one at your desk). You should be able to access your OWA mail from any
internet-enabled PC. Your employer may have elected to disallow this
function as a security measure and only allow access behind their corporate
firewall. Ask your network or email administrators for more info.
