This "should" work, if I can explain it clearly...
Right Click on a blank spot on the Task Bar.
A menu should appear.
One selection should be "Lock the Task Bar"
It should NOT have a check mark in front of it...
(If it does, Left Click on that selection, to remove that check mark.)
AFTER checking the above, (Or before if you feel lucky,<grin>),
LEFT Click on a blank spot on the Task Bar, holding the button in.
Drag the Task Bar to the bottom of the screen...
This works in WinXP-Pro with all patches... YMMV...

Unthinkingly, I tried relocating my Task Bar and Start button to the top of my monitor screen when I read about it in The Computer
Lady newsletter. This is an awkward position for me and I am anxious to put it back on the bottom of my screen, but have not been
successful in accomplishing this. SOS SOS SOS Could you please help me get out of this mess and back to my original arrangement
which I should not have changed? I will be very grateful if you can solve this problem for me.
