That is the Windows swap file. You can "try" to delete it.
You only need one.
You "may" wind up with more than one if you:
Use more than one drive or partition.
Switch drives into and out of your computer.
Manually set the swap file size and/or location and have
changed those settings.
I can "wind up with" several because of the way I switch things
around... It is something you have to "work at", but could be
a common problem... Windows apparently does not search
all the drives to see if there is an "old" one that is no longer
used... A good clue is this. The swap file should "never" have
a date that is too old... If it does, it is not being used and
falls into the "orphan categories" above...
