Anytime you quit a service you must make SURE they cancel your
account. They do not care if you "never" call in to USE the service.
That is NOT the same as "quitting".
As far as the cable modem -- if you rent it (about $7 a month?)
they will want that back too. If you bought it, why not sell it?
