Lewis,
This is just some kind of SPAM. I get these all the time. Just delete them.
If it gets too much to bear, then you may have to get a new email address
because some spam engine got a hold of yours.

Subject: [PCSOFT] Strange messages - a problem or not?
Folks,
Lately I've received foolish-sounding e-mails that are gibberish and make no
sense to me. I've had these before, but it's picked up within the past few
days, in fact, there were four today. The subject varies, but the body of
the e-mail contains nothing but disconnected words, mostly English words,
but not all. Below is a sample of one just received. Is there a reason for
me to worry? Lewis E. brimful lev wayside fantasist zeroth stuck jiffy
