I have a free WorldSpy Internet account. In the last week I can never log
on to it...it makes the connect but repeatedly asks for a user name and
password even though I am submitting the correct one. One of my customers
is having the same problem and I am guessing that this is a problem on
World Spy's end....probably getting over run will new accounts...or maybe
my local number is just poor. Is anybody else having problems connecting?
The problem is on their end. It is something to do with authenticating on
access numbers that end in ***-***9. I called and talked to someone a few
days ago who said that they were having problem globally. They were working
with AT&T to fix the problem and it would be then 36 to 48 hours. But as of
yet nothing. I personally am using Freelane from Excite as a back-up. It
works good but you have an adv. bar all the time. Good to use for now though
and free.
