Microsoft Fax and Microsoft Exchange have both died on me.  When I
try to call MS Fax from another program, I either get an error
message that mapi32.dll is missing (though in fact it's still there,
or the print routine refuses to respond at all.
When I try to open Microsoft Exchange, the splash screen shows up for
a second, then nothing else happens.  What should I do?
