facility; it can lauch specified commands at specified times.

That column shows the percentage of available CPU time currently
being spent on that process. In Task Manager you can set the
processor "affinity" of a process to favour a specific CPU in a multi-
CPU system; the default is to schedule any ready thread on any
available CPU.
