Subject: Should I reload windows or office?

I'm having a problem with the help feature on my desktop
computer. I run windows XP and everything worked fine until I
subscribed to a satellite ISP with direcway back in November.
Even though I have since given up the satellite and gone to DSL
(through earthlink), I have not been able to get help on my
system. Whether it's for word or outlook or any other program,
just a blank screen or blank box appears. I'm fairly certain
that I should either reload windows XP or Office (I'm running
2000 - professional) but don't know which one. I appreciate any
help you can give me.

Thanks in advance,
Sherry Dykes

Sherry,

I used the small program from Doug Knox's Web Site to repair my WinXP Pro
Help Files. Try it.
Take care, George
