Sometimes when I go online I have a problem connecting.  When I go into
Internet Options from the Control Panel I notice that my History has been
set back to zero, from 30.  And that under Connection, "Never Dial a
connection" is selected instead of "Dial whenever a network connection is
not present"

I have AT&T set as my default ISP, and I'm using IE5 with WIN98.

Any suggestions?
