These sub folders are part of the cache of IE/OE they are system folders and
can only be deleted through a DOS command. Even though they are hidden
files all of them contain the same files. When they are deleted they are
re-made when you reboot the computer. They should have no effect on the
performance of IE/OE. If you set your settings in IE to about 3MB on the
temp folder and clear them is the safest way for a novice. You may try to
repair IE through the add/remove in control panel. If you need further
assistance please tell us what your OS is ie: WIN 95-98-98SE and if this
happens at any particular URL or just random.
