Hi Joyce,

The Windows Backup Utility for Windows is only included with XP in the
Professional version. If you're not satisfied with the System Restore
function (I've used it several times with success) you'll need to go with a
third party program. I use a program called Second Copy 2000
http://www.centered.com/. It's shareware and $29.95.
