Here's a method that should work with any window that has been moved or
resized so that you cannot use the buttons on it.

1. If you can see the title bar of the window, go to step 4.
2. Right-click on the task bar.
3. Select "Cascade Windows".  The title bar of your window should now be
visible.
4. Right-click on the title bar of the window you need to move.
5. Select "Move".  The cursor will become a four-headed arrow.
6. You can now use your arrow keys to move the window, even to move the top
of window off the screen to expose the bottom part of the window where the
missing buttons are.
7. Left-click on the window to release the "move mode".
8. Click on the buttons to do whatever you need done.
9. Right-click on the task bar.
10. Select "Undo Cascade".
