I have an old version of Photoshop 5.5 I like. (I originally learned on 3.0)
I got it from a guy at a computer swap meet for $10. another thing I do is
open a PDF in Acrobat Reader (for some reason my old Acrobat Pro 6.0 will
not accept the original serial number for install) they will not allow you
to save the completed form for some reason. What I do is complete it Print
it then Scan the completed form for my records, (Let me guess, you are
trying to save IRS Tax Forms?)

the computer, off-line, a .jpg, .bmp, .pdf or original scanned in form?
