No, SP1 is included in SP2...
But there is something you need to watch out for...
Some news accounts say you can become infected, hacked,
or compromised in as little as 15 minutes on the Internet.

So it helps to have SP2 available and installed before connecting.

FWIW, my neighbor proved this to me....
(He was trashed almost right away...)
