Best way will be to reinstall it, and the uninstaller should be reinstated.
Then uninstall it again. There's also a special little uninstaller app which
Norton puts out. It's intended to be used after the regular uninstall, if
you're intending to reinstall or upgrade the program.
I usually purge the registry also, but you'll need to be careful if you're
not sure what you're doing.
