Hi Paul,


I just ran into this a couple of days ago.  What you will need to do is to
go online to the windows update site and update Outlook Express to the
latest version.  (At least that is what I have read)  I actually haven't
had a chance to try yet as it is a buddy's system.  His had the exact same
symptoms you have described, printing available from anything other than
OE.  Something with a compatibility issue with an older version of OE and
anything newer than Internet Explorer version 4.x.  I apologize for not
having the specific articles.

Anywho...should be worth a shot.  Update/upgrade Outlook Express.
