On my Dell computer / windows 98 system
my antivirus AVG (regular updated) detect a virus namely "TROJAN HORSE DOWNLOADER.DYFICA.B"

Antivirus program heals this virus but it comes again and again and infects the following area

1)
C:\PROGRAM FILES\INTERNET OPTIMIZER\UPDATE\ACTALERT.EXE
I can not know where comes from "ACTALERT.EXE"

2)
C:\WINDOWS\TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES\CONTENT.IE5\M90PYNIV\ACTALE~1

Please help me, how to permenantely remove this virus ?

Should I delete any of above files ?

Norton protected files does not allow AVG to scan
There is may be other area which also does not allow scanning by AVG

I wanted to uninstall the program containing (I dont know which ?) but have no access to the command line ACTALERT.EXE
