Dear Dr.

In answer to your first question.... =20

If you will notice near the top-left corner of that same =
dialogue box is a checkbox for whether or not you want OE to hang up =
when it completes your request to "Send and Receive." Checking that box =
WITHOUT clicking the small button (or push pin, I call it) in the =
bottom-right corner will not, at least on my setup, enable this =
function. The push pin needs to appear as if you're looking at it from =
the side. Try doing a "Send and Receive" with the push pin both =
"selected " and "deselected" and see what I mean.

    < < you wrote... > >

    1) In Outlook Express in the dialogue box which comes up on doing a =
'Send and Receive' there is a small button on the bottom rt...corner =
which looks like a pin and changes when clicked? What is it and what is =
it used for?

Hope this helps.
