Some malodorous website you've visited has secretly downloaded a registry
hack which has hijacked your browser. They get paid to do this. Readers
should avoid the offending shopping site like the plague. Any site that
stoops to such dubious tactics is unlikely to be reputable.
Of course you won't get any response to emails---they aren't there to be
"Nice Guys"!
You could try any of these remedies:
1. Run Adaware and Spybot, with luck this site might be on their cleanup
list. (Though Adaware hasn't updated for a while, they say a new version is
coming out).
2. Do a registry restoration.
3. Run Regedit and do a search for the name of the site. Delete any references.
