Hi Tom...

   Just a wild chance here... Do you have Norton Anti Virus installed on
your machine? If so, right-click on the icon in the systems tray and select
Options or Preferences, Click the Advanced button near the lower right and
unselect "Scan floppies on shutdown". Not sure why this happens with NAV,
but the exact error has been fixed many times in this area by doing this.
