Welcome Sherrie,

You don't need to learn Japanese!! Click 'Start / Settings / Control Panel'.
Double click 'Internet Options', then click the 'Advanced' tab. Under the
'Browsing' section, look for the box marked 'Enable Install On Demand'. If
there is a checkmark in it, click in the box to remove it (disable), then
click 'Apply' and then 'Ok'. This should prevent the error message you are
receiving, and will also stop certain sites from installing possibly harmful
content onto your hard drive without your consent. Have a nice day.
