Hi Carol,

You didn't mention which Windows version you are running (adding this 
basic information is always helpful when posting questions), but I 
assume Vista or greater.

While you may be the administrator, by default programs are not run with 
full administrator privilege to protect malicious SW from more damage to 
the system by running at heightened security level.

To actually run with full administrator privilege, find the icon to 
launch the program, and right click on it and select "Run as administrator".
