You can free up some system resources by not running files you do not need for
your system configuration comprised by the windows iosubsys dir (default is
c:\windows\iosubsys, also viewed by "start", "run", then "iosubsys"). I have
seen some systems increase system resources by 10% just by not loading unneeded
vxd files. For more details see my webpage at
