Some additional hardware or software may have been
installed which caused a compatibility problem.

Unfortunately, support for WP 6.1 has receded since the
sale to Corel and the lastest version (WP 8.0) being out.

One thing that worked for me a long time passed:

        Disable WP 6.1's own VIDEO driver.

I think it was the "/FL" switch on the command line.
But look in your manual to verify.
