Any time I attempt to apply cell formatting to a workbook (new or old),
Excel crashes with an IPF in module Excel.exe (at 016F:30073345). For
example, I click on the Border button, crash, I click Format-Cells,
crash.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Office97 to no avail
(including using the Office97 removal tool). I'm running a Win95 on a
350MHz PII with 128 MB RAM. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
