Hi Sunil;

By any chance, do you have Microsoft's Reg Clean running in your machine? If
you do and you've been running it lately, that could very well be your problem,
I read somewhere, can't remember exactly where, that Reg clean had a nasty
habit of deleting Netscape's Pref. DLL's. As I understand it, Microsoft posted
a fix on their Web site.
