Try this
Click start
Click run
put in regsvr32 urlmon.dll
If that does work repeat for each of these dll's
Shdocvw.dll
Msjava.dll
Actxprxy.dll
Oleaut32.dll
Mshtml.dll
Browseui.dll
Shell32.dll
If that still doesnt fix it try the link below and there a few other things to
try.
