i'm having problems with students opening programs (eg, IE5) more than once
by hitting enter once the program icon has been highlighted on the desktop.
is there some configuration, either via the icon or registry that i can
prevent this? you can imagine IE5 opened 5 or more times on a P166 w/ 32MB
RAM!
