My brother is trying to e-mail me a document using his scanner. We both have
HP pc's with windows 98 and use Outlook express. I know that the problem is
on my end because he has sent the same document to himself and was able to open it. I assume that I have something configured incorrectly but have no idea what or how to go about correcting it.
