Although I can connect with other URL's that I put in aaddress bar, I
can not connect with http://www.microsoft.com   I am using IE 5.0.29
with Outlook Express.

Another problem is that I can not get Outlook Express to be my default
mail program.  When I
attempt to send a web page from Send under the file menu Microsoft
Outlook opens up.  When I go to the Tools menu in Internet explorer and
then to Internet Options -Programs  the E-mail window is blank with the
only other option being Microsoft Outlook which enters that window when
I click on the arrow and then on Microsoft Outlook.

When I go to General under Tools in The Outlook Express window and click
on the 'make this my default messaging program it doens't become the
default messaging program.

Any ideas on how I can get Outlook Express to be the default email
program?
