Good morning all...

        Recently an error message has been popping up at each attempt of mine to
open "Control Panel."  The message is "Unable to load language resources."
And on the title bar of this pop-up box is the word "MMCPL."

        Any takers on the problem here?

        Also, Control Panel will not open until I clear the error message.

        I'm running Win98SE on a Compaq AMD450 w/64mRam...MSIE5.1 and MS Outlook.

        P.S.  The resolution of this problem may address the problem listed in an
earlier posting about not getting MS Outlook to open a new mail message when
clicking on a "mailto:" link.
