 Go to http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1759,54748,00.asp and read the documentation on this program at the PC Mag web site. It will tell you all you need to know.  Some Win 98 programs can run on XP, but it doesn't sound like this one will.  It would be OK to download it and try it.  It may not even install.
