Your problem can be resolved by changing security setting in Internet
Explorer.
Assuming you are running IE 6, open IE and click on tools, then Internet
options
and Security tab. Be sure Internet zone is hi-lighted and click on custom
level.
Now scroll down to scripting and enable "allow paste operations via script"
That should get you back.

Subject: [PCSOFT] Clipboard access?
I was on our church's new webmail site. I wanted to reply to someone,
copied and pasted something into the reply. Windows (I think) or Outlook
2002 asked me if I wanted this website to have access to my clipboard. Yes
or no. Access? Knee jerk reaction was no. LOL WRONG!! Should have been
yes, as now I cannot copy, cut or paste anything on any of our websites.
including the blog page. :-(
How do I undo this? Has anyone ever run into that before?
Tensie
