It sounds like you have Internet Explorer's *Content Advisor* enabled.
(On the IE toolbar, View |Security | Enable Ratings.) It asks for a
Supervisor Password. I don't know how you would get rid of it
without knowing the password that was used; however, you could check
the Microsoft Knowledge Base or e-mail them for technical support.
