Harvey,

DOS 7 (win95) can not use many DOS 6.x commands.  You need to boot from
drive A: using a DOS6.2 system disk.  Then you can run your DOS 6.2
RESTORE command.

There is a windows 95 version of the backup program but I don't think it
can read your 6.2 created file.
