I recently downloaded updates from Microsoft's site for my Word and Outlook 2002. Now whenever I try to forward email (which I do frequently, forwarding all spam email to Blue Security) Outlook hangs and I have to ctrl-alt-del to close it. All other utilities appear to work just fine.

Anyone have any ideas or know where I can find info to fix this? I have already searched the MS knowledge base.

Any help gratefully appreciated.
