Actually, the problem exists in Windows 95B as well. This is definitely
your problem if you have an AMD 350 or faster CPU. Go to
www.amd.com/products/cpg/k623d/win95_update_k6.html for the patch. If you
have Windows95a, you CANNOT use this patch...contact AMD tech support for a
walk-through in this case (available from page listed above) or install
Windows SR2 then patch it. For now, with a 350, you can restart many times
and get in once in a while. With over 350, you will likely not get in at
all.
