Read this webpage and download HJT from the site

You should be able to  delete this key (might not be exactly the same)
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [SpyKiller] C:\Program Files\SpyKiller\spykiller.exe
/startup

Then remove the program from the Add/Remove Programs applet.
Make sure HijackThis is closed.
If this doesn't work post a log here or at http://forums.spywareinfo.com/
and get some more help.

Spykiller was installed on our household computer.  I went to try and
uninstall it and found no way to do this.  Is there anyone who can help me
