Ashok, on my system with Word 97 the autocorrect entries are stored in
c:\windows\jpearson.acl and the autotext entries are stored in normal.dot
(c:\program files\microsoft office\templates).

I think the autocorrect file could be copied to your work computer with no
problems as long as you have the same user name on both. If you copy the
normal.dot you will also be copying the default document template and any
personal macros - back up your existing normal.dot and make sure you are not
losing any important information in it. Or you could have multiple global
templates one of which contains your autotext entries and which you keep
synchronised - there is an organizer feature (format - style - organizer)
which will help you move entries between template files. But I don't know of
any corresponding tool for autocorect entries.
