R.G. It would help us if we knew what  OS you are running, what BIOS you
have, as well as what software you use which allows for automatic updating.
The first thing I would look at is the BIOS and disable any power on
settings.

Hi,
I have a question that no one can figure out, maybe you can help me correct

it.  My computer turns on every night at midnight, and doesn't shut off  
unless I get up and shut it down.  What could be causeing this.  Any
sollutions ?
