Hi,
With IE4.0 installed, the Explorer Bar ... submenu in a folder window
allows you to turn off the left-pane view of folders, if you started
explorer with the /e option.  But there seems to be no way of turning it
*on* if you started explorer with the normal folder view.
Anyone know how to enable this?
