Subject: [PCSOFT] OE 6 Problems
I hope this is just a setting I can change, or something as easy. Our op
sys is WINXP Home.
When in OE v.6, my wife has any e-mail with a link to a URL, she clicks it
and OE freezes up. It seems to start a browser process (IE 6) in
background, but the mail tool freezes. Also, when she logs out, she usually
gets an error that IE didn't shut down properly and she has to click the
"End Now" button in a pop-up. If she calls up a IE 6 browser before she
clicks on a link in e-mail, it seems to work.
I have an account on the same home computer and rarely suffer these
problems. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
