The original fonts in Windows has only 1/2 1/4 and 3/4.  There is no 1/3
like your wish.  However you could still do it.  Type in Word the 1/3 or
anything alike you wish to have, format it the way you like (i.e. 1 is
supscript, 3 subscript etc).  Copy that into clipboard and create a new item
in autocorrect with that (keeping formating options).  That's all.  Next
time you type 1/3 it will replace the plain 1/3 with what you have created.
