Hi Paul....i had the same difficulty on my first visit
to pcpitstop. it seems it only runs w/ IO and it has
to be the latest upgrade. Once you're "IN" then
pitstop will run a quick test to see if the file is on
your system. If it is, ZDNET has downloads for helping
keep those files out of your system. can't recall the
exact apps, but just go in and do a search. hope this
helps
